Zentric AI was founded on a premise: service-based businesses were about to hit a wall. Not a technology wall — an operational one. The tools were arriving faster than organizations could absorb them. The workflows were fragmenting. The systems weren't talking to each other.

And the default response — hire more staff — was becoming an unsustainable answer to a structural problem.

We built Zentric AI to solve that problem directly. Not by selling software and walking away. By managing the intelligence layer that connects the systems, automates the workflows, and ensures that every inbound opportunity is captured, qualified, and routed — without adding headcount to do it.

Isaac founded Zentric AI on a conviction he saw coming before most businesses were ready for it: that companies would rush to adopt AI, eliminate staff in the process, and discover too late that AI alone cannot run a business. People can.

That conviction shaped everything Zentric AI is built to do. Isaac's work is rooted in a belief that AI is a tool — not a replacement — and that the real opportunity for service-based SMBs is not to swap out their teams, but to give those teams the intelligent automation they need to stop doing low-value work.

Isaac practices what he builds. As an AI-enhanced professional himself, he has integrated AI into his own workflows to work faster and more effectively than peers who have not — giving him firsthand insight into what meaningful AI adoption actually looks like inside a business, and what gets in the way.

As CEO, Isaac leads company vision, go-to-market strategy, sales, and customer experience. He also oversees Zentric AI's equity and partnership ventures, directing the company's expansion into new verticals where AI-enablement can change the economics of how a business grows.

Eric Fondren is a seasoned technology executive and startup operator with a 15+ year track record of building and scaling tech-enabled platforms. From ATM and digital signage systems to cloud software integrations, he has led technical development for high-growth companies across multiple industries.

As CTO, Eric drives Zentric AI's vision of adding AI at every layer of a client's operation — overseeing platform architecture, system integrations, infrastructure, and security across all products and client deployments.

Eric's approach to integration is what makes Zentric's Legacy Bridge possible. Where other platforms stop at the API, Eric's team builds deeper — into the portals, workflows, and legacy systems that define how service businesses actually operate. That technical depth is not an accident. It is the product of 15 years learning what enterprise software looks like from the inside.

He also contributes to strategic decisions as a member of the board and provides technical leadership on all equity and partnership builds.
