Do we need an internal technical team to implement this?
No. That is the entire point of white-glove implementation. We handle every technical step — system access, API connections, browser automation, configuration, testing, and training. Your team participates in the knowledge base review and go-live sign-off. That's it.
What if our systems don't have a public API?
This is where Zentric AI's Legacy Bridge capability matters most. We use browser automation to log into your existing portals the way a human would — navigating the interface, pulling what we need, and syncing it back. No API is required. If your team can log in and do it, we can automate it.
What does AiVA sound like on a call?

How is pricing structured?
A one-time setup fee of $3,999–$6,999 covers the full white-glove implementation. The monthly platform fee is $699/month. Usage is billed at $0.20/minute in arrears. At moderate call volume (150 calls/month), total monthly cost runs approximately $789. Most clients recover the setup fee within the first 30 days through missed call revenue recovery alone.
What happens after go-live?
Monthly performance optimization is standard. We review call scoring data, workflow performance, and client feedback — then make adjustments. As your business changes, the system evolves with it. You are never left to manage it on your own.
Is AiVA HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All healthcare deployments are built to HIPAA standards. Call data is encrypted in transit and at rest. A Business Associate Agreement is provided. Role-based access controls and secure audit trails are implemented as standard. Compliance is not an add-on — it is architectural.
