At moderate call volume (150 calls/month), total monthly cost runs approximately $789. Most clients recover the setup fee within the first 30 days through missed call revenue recovery alone.
What happens after go-live?
Monthly performance optimization is standard. We review call scoring data, workflow performance, and client feedback — then make adjustments. As your business changes, the system evolves with it. You are never left to manage it on your own.
Is AiVA HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All healthcare deployments are built to HIPAA standards. Call data is encrypted in transit and at rest. A Business Associate Agreement is provided. Role-based access controls and secure audit trails are implemented as standard. Compliance is not an add-on — it is architectural.
